It's a big day over here!!! Today's is the launch of my new business, website and the shift in this podcast. 

Over the past few months, you know I've been eluding to some changes on the horizon and I wanted to keep things a little under wraps until I had more to share with you! In today's episode, I talk about why I shifted the name of this podcast away from "Progress over Perfection" to "Activate A Life You Love." This has been stirring in my heart for a while and it' so nice to finally be able to share all the juicy details with you.
