Back by popular demand...Eliza Kingsford (aka my sister). We had such a great time talking about her book last time and so many of you sent an outpouring of love about that episode, that we decided to do part 2.

On today's episode of the progress over perfection podcast, we discuss how to recover from setbacks (aka life). We've both battled injuries this past year and learned so much from our "new normal." It can be a confusing time when life gets flipped upside down. Injuries can leave us wondering, "why did this happen to me?" Today, we discuss why that's actually benefitted our journey's in the long run.

We also dive deep into the scale, and why you might need to break up with it for a while (or forever).
