In this weeks episode, I'm talking about why I broke up with meal plans for good. This episode was inspired by a loyal listener who took the time to share a bit of her story with me. She mentioned her uneasiness around going off a meal plan and not trusting herself, and it took me right back to the time in my life when I felt the same. 3 years ago, I didn't know what life was like beyond a meal plan.
