This week I'm sharing my own experience with hormonal birth control. This is an episode I've wanted to do for a long time, however I wanted to wait until I'd gone off of hormonal birth control to give you the full story. 

Many women ask me on a regular basis what my experience has been on the pill, having an IUD (the Mirena) etc. Today, I'm talking openly about the ups and downs, the symptoms I experience and why I ultimately chose to go off of hormonal birth control for good.
