I'm back from Tokyooooooooooo. I had the most amazing trip abroad with my husband and I am SO grateful that our friends encouraged us to travel to Japan. It was never really on my radar but I can say with full confidence it was one of my favorite places we've ever traveled. 

On today's episode, I'm talking about our experience in Japan, the culture, the food and all of my best travel tips, especially for international flights/destinations!

I've been *swooning* over this episode since the time we recorded it. It is always my ultimate goal to bring you the most inspiring, uplifting and educational content I possibly can. When I was introduced to Amanda by a mutual friend, I knew she would have so much wisdom to share. And that she did.

We are back with the 71st episode of the Ali Reti Activate A Life You Love Podcast. This weekend, I've been thinking a lot about something I kept hearing over the weekend, and that is "do you have integrity with your word?" I thought this was fascinating because it's something I began analyzing in my own life. I do really amazing in many areas of my life, and then there are areas where I say I'm going to do things and I don't do them and I wind up feeling bad. Today, I want to challenge you to identify an area of your life you keep saying you're going to commit to but you don't. This could be your fitness, your nutrition, starting that blog you want to start, whatever it may be.
