Today's show is all about you discovering and creating your own "power hour" to master your day. The ability to set aside time to truly connect with yourself first thing in the morning is one of the biggest game changers you'll ever experience. You know that feeling of immediately getting out of bed and reacting to the world? You feel pulled in a million different directions and it seems as if you are in a total tail spin.

Enter your power hour (or 5-15 minutes), you choose. This is yours to create, be creative and find what feels best for you. There's no better feeling than from the moment you get out of bed feeling that you OWN your life, you OWN your thoughts, you OWN your reality. It's a big day over here!!! Today's is the launch of my new business, website and the shift in this podcast. 

Over the past few months, you know I've been eluding to some changes on the horizon and I wanted to keep things a little under wraps until I had more to share with you! In today's episode, I talk about why I shifted the name of this podcast away from "Progress over Perfection" to "Activate A Life You Love." This has been stirring in my heart for a while and it' so nice to finally be able to share all the juicy details with you.
