We're back with our 42nd episode of the Progress over Perfection Podcast. If you caught last weeks episode on "life updates" then you know that we ate our way through our vacation in California. We are in week 2 of the POP Academy and every single woman this week has come to me at some point and said, "Ali, the scale isn't moving, I feel like a failure."
